FULL BODY WORKOUT
This workout split covers all major muscle groups and keeps the focus on compound exercises, giving you an effective full-body program in X number of days a week (depending on the program you choose). You could use this plan if you want to train 3 times per week and hit every muscle group. 3 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on, also works. But only do this if you're an advanced lifter that knows what you're doing.
This program also includes a lot of other valuable information, as well as videos explaining the exercises.
