INTRODUCTION
The goal of this plan is to make your first step into the gym as easy as possible, so that you can feel comfortable and progress at your own pace.
Making sure you know what you are doing and why you should or should not do certain things. Knowledge is self-confidence. Making certain exercises as easy as possible so that you build confidence and can progress to more difficult exercises later.
Skipping all unnecessary bullshit right away: everyone makes mistakes when learning something new, and I want to make sure you make as few unnecessary mistakes as possible! This saves time and provides more motivation.
Being the first stepping stone to a permanent change in your lifestyle. I hope that after this plan, strength training will become a habit and a permanent part of your life. Enjoy!
