MY MUST HAVE GROCERY LIST

Here’s a list of foods I aim to pick up when grocery shopping. Of course, I also grab some treats, like ice cream and snacks, that aren’t ''the healthiest'', but hey, life is short! I enjoy staying healthy and fit, but a little dessert now and then is part of the balance. Find your five “not-so-healthy” favorites and add them to your list, too. Just adjust your portions depending on your goals, whether that’s weight loss or gain.

Naast consistentie in het sporten zorgt goede voeding voor die extra procenten die nodig zijn om je doel te behalen. Met deze lijst heb je alvast een goeie uitgebreide basis om zelf aan die extra procenten bij te dragen en te werken.
